If you have registered all your seat requests and the total is £0 (for example, you only reserve seats for the adult Ner Members in your household) you still need to 'submit' your request so that the seat allocations are actually registered in your name. 

If the 'Total' is £0 you will not be taken to a PayPal payment screen .... obviously!
