Ner Bet Midrash - from Gemara to Halacha - Masechet Shabbat
Twice a week:
Sunday from 8.30 – 10.30 am with Shiur at 10 am
Tuesday from 8 - 10 pm with Shiur at 9.30 pm
Please contact Adam Katten - adam.katten@nlpfm.co.uk - and he will arrange a Chavruta for you for each session.
Even if you cannot make every session or the whole time, you are still welcome and encouraged to come.
What do we learn?
Masechet Shabbat with a focus on the melachot of Shabbat.
We work through the Gemara all the way to the practical Halacha.
Who is it for?
This chaburah is open to anyone who wants to improve or reconnect with the Yeshiva-style of learning.
It requires some existing skills - including basic gemara reading in order to prepare the sources during the chavruta.
